At Modmo, we're not happy unless you're happy. That is why we make returns completely FREE and easy within 15-days of receiving your bike.

Just take the bike for a spin. If for any reason you are not convinced that this is the bike for you, we will take it back. Just let us know within 15 days and don't ride over 100km. The Modmo team will be in touch to arrange the collection and cover the shipping costs.

If you would like to return your bike, please contact Customer Support at support@modmo.io and we will organise return logistics and issue a refund. Easy!
